Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: May 25, 2018), customers whose personal data1 is processed by MCC-ModelCarParts2 have privacy rights3.

Ad 1: Personal data includes: name and initials or first name(s); address (street name, house number, postal code, and city); telephone number; email address and other details (e.g., social media). MCC-ModelCarParts only collects personal data with the user's consent and in the event of an agreement. In both cases, these details must be recorded in writing.

Ad 2: Processing: storing (recording in writing or electronically) one or more of the personal data listed above and using it (for contacting you; sending documents, etc.) within the purpose for which it was stored. Personal data is requested to achieve a common purpose. They are used only within this context and are not stored longer than necessary.

Ad 3: More and improved privacy rights: Every MCC-ModelCarParts customer has the right to access their stored data at any time; to receive information about it; and to change or delete it if desired. Customers can also easily access and share their data.
To demonstrate that MCC-ModelCarParts complies with the GDPR, a processing register is maintained. This register contains the personal data and the purpose for which it is stored. Data is not shared with one or more other organizations, except for legal purposes.
