About Us
Hello,
After 2 years of converting track plans into CAD for a “commercial” builder and lasering modules for the complete tracks, the modules are so good and easy to assemble that they are now available to everyone. There are already various standard modules for model building (track) available, but these are flat modules. Our modules are made in 3D based on your track plan. The complete route; contour of the landscape, mountains, tunnels, level crossings, slopes, bridges, river course, roads for cars and passages and of course a helix can be integrated.
There are maximum dimensions per module, but they are easy to connect and the connecting materials can also be supplied. The height of 1 module is a maximum of 8300 mm, but the module is stackable, so that the height, just like the dimensions of the track, is completely adjustable.
Of course, a quote is made first and adjustments can still be made before the track goes into production.
If you want to start simple and then expand your track, you can easily add modules. Think of the helix that you still want, possibly for rail with a fixed radius or our own solution, the use of flex rails. Or to let cars drive on.
-There are standard dimensions per module, maximum 1300x900mm
-The modules are made of poplar plywood
-Legs can be supplied that are directly attached to the module, the module is also the base plate
-They are equipped with cable entries and custom coupling holes
Before the module is sent, it has already been completely assembled and checked in our workshop.
Of course you can always contact us for support and if necessary we will also come on location.
In order to be able to control both trains and cars, we have various systems in our range, Dinamo (VPEB) and LS and MCC. We also supply the OC32 to control the scenery.
For explanation, support and possible workshops we have various possibilities.
Consider:
-converting car models to driving/illuminated models
-laying out MCC tracks
-use and possibilities of the OC32
-use and possibilities of iTrain/ iCar
-configuring MCC models
-configuring the Dinamo system
Assembling the modules:
They arrive as a package, packed per module.
The modules are provided with numbers/letters so that they can be put together and glued according to the drawing. The entire track is built up after which rails and switches can be installed and the wiring at the bottom can be connected to the control systems via the existing cable ducts.
The check construction of the track below took approximately 4 hours. It is possible to assemble the track without help, but with a few extra hands it is easier. Of course it is also possible to have the track assembled by us and then set it up and connect it yourself. But of course we can also do that for you.
